Genesis can add another dimension to your CAD plans - literally. 'Smartzoning' allows CAD drawings to be divided with intelligent polygons to contain attributes. These attributes contain textual data that form a live link between your CAD plans and core property database. This link allows updates in the textual database to automatically update the drawing, and vice-versa.

Genesis can be integrated with a wide range of applications allowing for the insertion and transfer of building and room data, plus automatic calculation of areas, counts of assets within a space, including moveable equipment and fixed assets.

Completed drawings can be converted to other formats such as AutoCAD and can be synchronised with many types of database to enable the automatic transfer of data.
