Tribal Technology develops software solutions that are specifically designed to support the production of Asset Management Plans (AMP) in line with the requirements of the DfES and ODPM. We continually update our software to keep abreast of the changes in related legislation. Our AMP software solutions are used in both Corporate Property and Education departments UK wide.

Tribal Technology offers two AMP packages; Enterprise and Evolution

Enterprise is user friendly, modular software that will help you reach your maximum funding potential and provide you with the ability to manage your physical assets effectively and efficiently. Enterprise offers the tools to be able to manage different project work, build your own surveys, produce particular questionnaires and it all centres around a core register of all the property in your portfolio.

There is a range of modules that you can choose from to meet your own particular requirements, these include:

• Core Property Module: the heart of this system holding data relating to each property within your portfolio, from address and general information to condition survey data and lifecycle costing, all with the benefit of CAD integration.
  
• Projects Module: a comprehensive project management and invoicing system providing managers with information relating to single or multiple projects.
  
• AuditMaster Module: produces your own individual surveys and questionnaires for any topic, examples are disabled access and health and safety.
  
• Webaudit Module: enables the production of your individual surveys and questionnaires to be done via a remote browser.
  
• Asbestos Module: records and tracks the presence of asbestos within your property portfolio.
  
• Estates Module: provides the information and support estates managers need for rent reviews, asset valuations, terrier records and right to buy valuations.
  
• Curriculum Module: a record of a school’s curriculum, subjects and all related information allowing an assessment of space needed and current suitability.
  
• TaskMaster Module: allows you to log calls and tasks and then assigns actions to the relevant persons via e-mail.
  
• Target Module: records, monitors and reports energy consumption data properties. It allows comprehensive reporting allowing trends to be analysed and benchmarking of properties to be performed.
  
• Timesheets Module: is designed to monitor the time usage of employees.

We are constantly developing our software to ensure that it is compliant with any changes in legislation and consequently we are currently working closely with CLAW to ensure that our software complies with the requirements all Welsh Local Authorities need to meet. Again, this product offers a large choice of modules available:

• Core Property Module: stores the key data for each property within your portfolio and is the basis of your software solution.
  
• Condition Survey: records condition survey data against each property, room or appliance.
  
• Audits Module: allows you to create your own surveys and questionnaires. It also offers standard reports such as IPF and DDA audits.
  
• Asbestos Register: records the presence of asbestos within your property portfolio.

Corporate Modules

• Terrier: covers all the requirements of estates managers such as rent reviews and terrier records and asset valuation.
• Space Utilisation: ensures maximum efficiency in space management.

Evolution Education

• Suitability and Sufficiency: logs the results of suitability assessments against schools held within the core property module – also produces reports for submission to the DfES.
