Ealing Borough Council, the London Borough of Newham and Kent County Council have all chosen Tribal Technology to provide IT solutions and consultative services to revolutionise their asset management processes.

Tribal Technology has a long-standing relationship with Kent County Council providing a range of technology, consultancy and managed services to support its education department. The council has now chosen to further that partnership with the Enterprise web module to enable efficient updating and remote access to the education property portfolio for all schools within the region.

Ealing Borough Council purchased Tribal Technology’s Evolution IT solution in April 2003 and has now extended that contract to include the provision of consultative services. An initial survey of the council’s school properties will be undertaken and new CAD drawings developed. All information collected will then be integrated within the Evolution database. This information will form the basis of a suitability assessment and curriculum analysis of school properties.

The London Borough of Newham Council has chosen to purchase the Enterprise asset management software solution and its web module to further their commitment to the
e-Government agenda. Tribal Technology’s Enterprise software solution is already in use for the council’s education property portfolio but the decision has been made to extend and adapt the IT solution to manage their corporate property.
